Crocheting is something that can be relaxing and fun! This is our goal: to relax, chat, eat and have some fun! Come join us and bring along your current project to work on. Several times a year we work on different Service Projects. What is a Stitch 'n Bitch? It's just a bunch of folks getting together to knit, crochet, embroider, hand quilt and sew - basically any kind of portable needlework while socializing. This is a group where time can be well spent in the company of others and chat, sip some coffee/tea while you're engaging in your favorite past time. For those that are enamored with the craft of yarn and needles, hooks, spindles or wheels: come join us! We will spend a little talk time along with enjoying our favorite craft. Our goal? Having fun...sharing ideas, patterns, techniques and learning from each other. And we always enjoy seeing everyone's projects, whether you knit, crochet, tat, spin or weave. At this time, there will be no formal dues to belong to the group.
Join us a couple times a month to share ideas while spinning by wheel or spindle. Experienced spinners as well as newbies are welcome! If you don't have a wheel we may have one to rent. We also have availability of a private lesson offered by Yarn Tree Studio if that is something you would like.
